METHOD FOR DETERMINATION OF FUNGICIDES OF CLASS OF TRIAZOLES IN WATER

摘要

Method for determination of fungicides of class of triazoles in water includes preparation of water samples to extraction, carrying out extraction, concentration and chromatographic study itself. Chromatographic study of the mix of triazoles is carried out in thin layer of silicazol on plates Sorbfil impregnated with Vaseline oil in system of movable phase acetone+water (1:1) with following detection of components with reagent brome-phenol blue. The substances being analyzed are revealed as spots of rich-blue color on light-yellow background.
