SIMULATION IN THE EXPERIMENT OF SEVERE RAT CRANIUM-BRAIN-TRAUMA

The simulation in the experiment of severe rat cranium-brain-trauma includes anaesthesia of experimental animals (white rats) with intraperitoneal introduction of ketamine hydrochloride. The point of load application on firing of striker in the left parietal lobe is unambiguously standardized. The head of experimental animal is attached on a wooden leg with left hand and the striker-shot is implemented.
