Gamma-chamber of a single-photon tomograph for nuclear medicine includes a position-sensitive detector (PSD) and collimator with coded aperture axis of symmetry of which is common with the long axis of the PSD. Collimator is at the sides closed with one-part case made of material with high density that surrounds the PSD itself completely as well.
