In the method for backfilling of water bearing rocks round vertical shaft that is connected to penetrated lower blind shaft one first performs backfill of 1/3 of thickness of water-bearing rocks between the mouth of the blind shaft and surface of earth through underground vertical upward holes drilled from workings of headframe ore yard of blind shaft, with backfilling of the last one 2/3 of thickness of water bearing rocks round the shaft being constructed is arranged from the daylight through vertical holes number of which is calculated from equation.
