METHOD FOR DETERMINATION OF MUTAGENIC ACTIVITY OF POTABLE WATER AND CULTURAL MEDIUM FOR ITS REALIZATION

The invention relates to area of ecology of environment, in particular to methods for bio-testing water media and can be used for determination of quality of water medium, in particular mutagenic activity of water samples at level of cell. Method is proposed for determination of mutagenic activity of water that is in use as test-object of culture of lymphocytes of peripheral blood, provided sequence of introduction of components of cultural medium, parameters of treatment of those and composition of cultural medium, due to that one obtains broader spectrum of data on mutagenic properties of drinking water and possibility of evaluation of its effect on human organism.
