摘要
A method for thermal processing of solid organic materials by means of pyrolysis, in particular biomass, brown lignite, divot, sludge dregs of municipal effluents, etc. with production of artificial fuel gases and coal, which can be used in power engineering, transport, for substitution of natural gas at production of heat and electric energy, in chemical industry for production of synthetic fuels. According to the invention the grinded wet raw material is dried by combustion gases, entering from pyrolysis reactor, the temperature of drying process of wet raw material is controlled by consumption of air, admixed to combustion gases, the screw continuous transportation of 70-84% of dried raw material through the zone of pyrolysis by three screws, located one under the other and sequentially connected by intersperse cells for solid particles and general gas collector, at that transportation of raw material and hot combustion gases is realized in return-flow, and the temperature in the last pyrolysis screw is maintained in diapason of 850- by changing of consumption of fuel and air for combustion for heating of screw pyrolysis reactor; pyrolysis gas with aqueous vapor, liquid organic products of pyrolysis are clarified from fine coal, cooled to the temperature of 140-, clarified from liquid organic products of pyrolysis, recovering in the firebox of screw pyrolysis reactor, cooled to the temperature of 15- with condensing and utilization of aqueous vapor, after that gas is directed to the consumer, and coal after cooling to 20- and pyrostabilization in carbon dioxide medium is load to the consumer, at that the second part of dried raw material, subjected for combustion with production of combustion gases, is 16-30%. Such method allows to increase productiveness, economic feasibility, and performance capability of the process of thermal processing of organic materials with simultaneous sufficient improvement in quality of produced gas and coal.
