The invention relates to area of automation and measuring engineering and can be used in devices for measurement and registration of energy spectrum, exposure dose and power of exposure dose of radioactive radiation. Subject of the invention is in measurement of energy gamma-spectrum, exposure dose and power of exposure dose in broad energy range with simultaneous increase of accuracy of measurements due to application of auto-compensation of energy dependence of sensitivity, in decrease of apparatus volume of the device as whole compared to analogs and possibility of application of advantages of probabilistic form of representation of information, this makes it possible to speed-up a lot following treatment of results obtained.
