A controlled throttle has a body with branch pipes for inlet and outlet, sleeve and cup with slots installed in the body. To decrease power and weight of the drive that is used for control of the throttle, improvement of dimension-mass characteristics of throttle and accuracy of control the throttle is equipped with two rams with profiled side surfaces, at the end of the sleeve sharp edge is provided, on the outer side surface of the cup segment depressions with radial openings are provided, and at the bottom profiled slots are arranged, at that the cup is installed by the inner cavity to inlet branch pipe.
