The first inventive subject matter is applied for a formation method of diffusely-reflecting information on the lightguide element surface made of optically transparent acrylic glass with polished faces including technological operations of polished surface cleaning of acrylic glass, its fixation on the working plane and polished acryl glass facing of character and graphics images. At least one fragment of diffusely-reflecting information is applied with acrylic paint and / or acrylic lacquer on large polished surface of each of lightguide acrylic glasses as local destruction areas of acrylic glass polished surface, each of them are arranged conformally to each of specified fragments of diffusely-reflecting information. The depth d of local destruction areas obtained when contact chemical interaction of acrylic paint and / or acrylic lacquer with acrylic glass surface is selected exceeding valuewhere- red light wave length. The second inventive subject matter is applied for a device of a diffusely-reflecting information formation consisted of at least two lightguide elements with character and graphic information applied on their large polished surfaces and installed with interval from each other between their adjoining surfaces, consisted of a set of point light sources optically coordinate optically compatible with at least one of their polished end faces as well as this light source electronic control block.
