摘要

The invention relates to growing crystals. A crystal material for active elements of lasers of medium infrared range with frequency tuning based on zinc selenide alloyed with iron ions additionally contains magnesium impurity which content is 0.11x0.60 and solid solution of substitution Fe:ZnMgSe is formed. The claimed material is characterized with high value of width band gap of E=(2.85-3.15) eV, that provides of wide range of temperatures. Also the material has two-wave band of generation at preservation of properties which provide its high operation characteristics.
