The invention relates to medicine, in particular to oncogynecology, and can be used for the treatment of patients with ovarian carcer resistant to chemotherapy with derivatives of platinum, taxanes, anthracyclines. Cytokine-modulating therapy is carried out by use of such preparations modulating tumor microenvironment as tamoxifen in dose of 80-100 mg daily per os (40-50 mg bis in die) permanently and nimesulide in standard curative dose of 100 mg daily per os for 2-3 months with intervals of 7-10 days and continuation of administration for next 2-3 months.
