Device and method for the detection of ventricular repolarization alternans by windowing.; This invention provides a device and method for detecting alternating ventricular repolarization analysis based on continuous time and the extraction of information through windowing. Because of these characteristics, it is particularly suitable for implementation in portable monitoring devices and implantable devices. The decision on the existence of alternation is performed by analyzing a coefficient obtained from the spectral components at multiples of half the cardiacaprocedentes frequency spectral analysis of the electrocardiogram directly in the time domain using a procedure dynamic windowing.
