Geriatric teether comprising a thickened portion (1) internal clamping extended above by a biting area (2) of arcoidal and substantially flat configuration, being this biting area (2) attached to a plate (3) of outer extension covering corner of her mouth completely. The rear thickened portion (1) has a posterior concavity (11) for support of the tongue and an upper part (12) of rounded shape for disposition in the vault of the hard palate of the user's mouth. The biting area (2) has a dimensional width that enables its bitten by the front part of the mandible in approximately the width of the mouth. Said biting area has surfaces (21) top and bottom with a certain transverse concavity. The ends (22) of the biting area (2) are concave and rounded to prevent injuries in the user's lips.
