Method of manufacturing a structure with gas turbine flow mixer lobes having an annular upstream portion extended downstream by a part forming a multi-lobe skirt that has a plurality of lobes distributed around a longitudinal axis of the structure with lobes, the process comprising: - the realization of a fibrous preform of refractory fibers having a corresponding shape to that of the structure with lobes to be manufactured, from several constituent elements of fibrous texture that are assembled together and which is shaped by means of an instrument corresponding to that of the lobe structure to be manufactured to obtain a fibrous preform assembled with a first preform part corresponding to the annular part of the lobe structure and a second part corresponding to the multi-lobe skirt of structure c on lobes, the assembly of the constituent elements of the fibrous preform being carried out at least partly along connecting lines that extend substantially in the direction of flow flow to the lobe level of the skirt preform part of multiple lobes, and -the densification of the fibrous preform to which it has been shaped and assembled, by means of a matrix at least partly of ceramic.
