A compound having the formula (1) wherein R represents a -AR 'radical, in which A represents a member selected from nitrogen and oxygen heteroatom, and R' represents - a group selected from the group consisting of alkyl radicals C1-C6, C1-C6 alkenyl, C1-C6 alkynyl, arylalkyl, alcoxiarilalquilos, heteroarylalkyl and heterocycloalkyl, linear or branched; - esters of formula -R1-CO-O-R2, wherein R1 represents a member selected from the group consisting of alkylene radicals C1-C6 alkenylene or C2-C6 alkynylene C2-C6, linear or branched radical and R2 represents a radical selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl radicals C1-C6 alkyl, C2-C6 alkenyl, C2-C6 alkynyl, linear or branched, C3-C12 cycloalkyl; - amides of formula wherein R3 represents a radical selected from the group consisting of alkyl radicals C1-C6 alkenylene C2-C6 or alkynylene C2-C6 linear or branched, and Y represents a radical selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl radicals C1-C6, alkenyl C2-C6, alkenyl C2-C6, aryl, arylalkyl, heteroarylalkyl or heterocycloalkyl, linear or branched, and Z represents a radical selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl radicals C1-C6, alkynyl C2-C6 alkynyl, C2-C6, aryl, arylalkyl, heteroarylalkyl or heterocycloalkyl, linear or branched, and can and form Y Z together a cycloalkyl radical C3-C6 alkyl or a heterocyclic radical C3-C6, optionally substituted by one or more halogen C1-C6 alkyl radicals, aryls, heteroaryls or; - a radical selected from the group consisting of alkyl radicals C2-C6, alkenyl C2- C6 alkynyl or C1-C6 linear or branched, substituted with at least one amine of formula wherein Y and Z are as they defined above; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, including their isomers, enantiomers, diastereomers and mixtures thereof.
