Dispensing apparatus coin dispensing coins (220) comprising a rotor (203) rotating with or around means central shaft, the rotor (203) comprising: a portion (203b) in the form of a disc having an opening , allowing the coins to move axially therethrough from a supply side to another position, the opening having a diameter equal to or greater than the radius of the rotor (203), an element (250) annular spacer, and a first element (253) comprising a projection from the top of the element (250) annular spacer, the rotor (203) comprising a portion (203a) location to locate the rotor axially, received in a recess, and a connecting portion connecting part (203a) location to part (203b) disc-shaped, characterized in that: the element (250) annular separator is resiliently mounted to a circular movement limited; part (203a) location including a portion (225) to engage said shaft means, the apparatus coin dispensing being arranged to dispense coins (220) pushing them along a chord between the first element and a second element (253 , 203f), said second element (203f) on a lower side of the part (203b) as disc being supported; and being aligned with said another position said second element (203f); the recess being provided in a hole through said element (250) annular spacer.
