Radiant barrier assembly of ventilated cavity (2, 2A-K), mountable on a surface of a building (4), comprising: a barrier (12) configured as a panel having inner and outer surface (18; 22); a support assembly (14, 14E, 14F, 14H) attached to the wall (12) and extending inwardly from the inner surface (18), the support assembly a separate part of the inner surface (18 ) and securable to a building surface to form a vented cavity (24, 24E-24H) that is created between the building surface (4) and the inner surface (18) and induce an air flow through the cavity (24, 24E-H); and an element of low-emissivity (20, 20A, 20B) located on the inner surface (18), and / or suspended within the vented cavity to be formed between a segmented support (16) of the support assembly (14, 14E, 14F, 14H).
