According to the present invention, a bidirectional buck boost DC-DCconverter (285) can be obtained, in which power can flow bidirectionally fromaprimary side to a secondary side and from the secondary side to the primarysideregardless of a magnitude relation between a secondary-side voltage and aprimary-side voltage in a state where different DC voltage sources (2a, 2b)areconnected to the primary side and the secondary side in the DC-DC converteranda direction and a magnitude of the power can be automatically controlled to adesired value continuously on instantaneous value basis.
