A sleeve type fixing method for anastomosis for tubular organs such as forintestines,stomach, esophagus, wherein the method is achieved by an anastomosis devicewhichcomprising an inner ring and an outer ring, and said outer ring is made ofelasticmaterial, the inside of the lower portion of the outer ring has an inwardlyprotrudingring, said protruding ring is clamp to the connecting portion of the innerring; inoperation, firstly one intestine is sleeved on the flange of the anastomosisportion ofsaid inner ring and fixed, and overturn the outer ring so as to let the loweredge tooverturn, then another intestine is sleeved on the outer ring and is fixed,then overturnboth the outer ring and the intestine so that the intestine is connected inthe inner edgeof the outer ring, finally insert said inner ring, the two intestines areoverlapped on theanastomosis portion of the inner ring and outer ring.
