The method for the manufacture of concrete components entails pouring a first layer of concrete mass in a formwork, laying a reinforcing mat on the first layer, and pouring a second layer onto the first layer and the reinforcing mat. A module (200) with a number of displacement components located side by side, especially plastic balls (240), are pressed into the hardened second layer, whereby the displacement components are arranged in a lattice frame (230) consisting of bars. The concrete masses are then set and the semi-finished product removed from the formwork. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) a semi-finished product manufactured by the aforesaid method; and (B) a module for the manufacture of concrete components and especially concrete semi-finished products.
