It is intended to provide a novel therapeutic agent for an organ disease, particularlya therapeutic agent for a liver disease. It was found that a diaryl sulfide or diarylether derivative having a 2-amino-1,3-propanediol structure which is a sphingosine-1-phosphatereceptor agonist represented by the general formula (1), a pharmaceuticallyacceptable salt or hydrate thereof is useful as the therapeutic agent for an organdisease, particularly the therapeutic agent for a liver disease.
