The present invention relates to a cladding part having a decorative skin (2) and a foam layer (3) which adjoins a rear side of the decorative skin (2) and which is adhesively bonded at that point to the decorative skin (2), wherein the rear side of the decorative skin (2) is surface-textured, at least in a certain region, such that bubbles (5) of the foam layer (3) which bear adjacently at that point against the rear side of the decorative skin (2) are arranged with a relative height offset amounting to at least a fifth of a diameter of these bubbles (5). The invention also relates to a method of producing such a cladding part and to a method for producing a decorative skin (2) suitable for such a cladding part.
