The invention relates to a bed linen stretcher secured to the base of a normal bed, characterised in that it essentially includes: a) a blanket air distributor (4), lower sheet side air distributors (5), connectors (10, 11 and 12), a lower sheet (12), a blanket and an upper sheet (14); b) a plurality of ducts and connectors distributed along the length of the bed (1), provided in order to inflate the sheets and blankets by throwing the blanket, positioned against the upper sheet, from the lower edge of the bed and inflating same until it reaches an intermediate height of 45° (figure 18) and by simultaneously throwing the lower sheet which is preferably inflated in a curved manner, like a parachute, thereby stretching and slowly airing the bed linen; and c) a turbine connected to air ducts which are secured to the sheets and blankets using connectors so that they can be stretched, said sheets and blankets being inflated for a period of time so that they are maintained stretched (figures 1, 19 and 20).
