The present invention relates to an all direction electric fan which blows air in every horizontal direction, and more particularly, to an all direction electric fan in which the air resistance of the rotary fan is minimized to prevent load to the motor, and the efficiency of air-blowing is improved to prevent accidents or breakdown of the fan caused by the load and overheating of the motor, and to improve cooling efficiency. The present invention provides an all direction electric fan with a center rotary blade unit and vertically facing fans, wherein said electric fan comprises: main body (10) which has a vertical cylindrical shape with an empty space formed therein; rotary shaft (40) arranged vertically at the center of the inside of main body (10); two fans (20, 21) coupled to rotary shaft (40) and opposite each other in a vertical direction; air-blowing induction unit (30) arranged at the center of the main body, between two fans (20, 21), wherein said air-blowing induction unit (30) has a center with center rotary blade unit (W) interlocked with rotary shaft (40); motor unit (50) coupled to and for rotating rotary shaft (40); and operating unit (60) which operates motor unit (50) for operating the electric fan.
