The present invention relates to a wire grid polarizer, an LCD device including the same, and a manufacturing method of the wire grid polarizer which can reduce the number of processes and obtain excellent brightness. According to the present invention, the wire grid polarizer, which comprises 1^st grids arranged side by side on a substrate at fixed intervals and 2^nd grids arranged on the 1^st grids, can be formed only by an imprint process, a deposition process, and a wet-etching process, thereby decreasing the number of processes. Consequently, process costs and process time can be reduced, having an effect of obtaining reliability.
