A realization method and system for real-time cumulative present prepaid intelligent network service are provided, wherein the method involves: A: the configuration information of the service real-time cumulative presentation is set for the user, and a real-time cumulative consumption cumulative account and a presentation account are added; B: when the presentation resource which can be used in current consumption is involved in the configuration information, both the presentation resource and the principal content can be set as usable resource and authentication controlled; C: when the fee is being deducted from the user, if the configuration information invloves presentation resource which can be used in current consumption, the fee is deducted based on the presentation resource, it is deducted from the principal when the deduction is insufficient; D: the money deducted from the user principal part in C is accumulated to the user accumulative value of the current month; and the total consumed principal amount accumulated to the user cumulative account in current user cumulative period is calculated, corresponding content is presented to the user when the total consumed principal amount is more than the scheduled threshold. Based on the invention, a certain amount of presentation can be obtained in real-time to encourage consumption.
