An enterprise call center system, implementation method thereof and mobile communication terminal used in the system is provided in the present invention. The enterprise call center system comprises an access platform, a database system module, and a processor module, wherein, the processor module is used for receiving a request message initiated by the calling user and transmitted by the mobile communication terminal registered in the enterprise call center system, searching the matching content corresponding to the request message in the database system module, and informing the calling user of the matching content, and the call request of the calling user is received by the access platform. Using the solution provided in the present invention can greatly increase the number of the telephonists, integrate the mobility of the mobile communication terminal and enhance the product competitiveness of the operator.
