A self-adapting method and a self-adapting system for double current inner loop link are provided. The method includes: determining an initial sending power of a user equipment according to a predetermined sending power of a base station and Δ1 and Δ2 reported to the base station by the user equipment through a first Channel Quality Instruction (CQI) and a second CQI; setting the initial sending power averagely to predetermined amount of High Speed Physical Downlink Shared Channel (HS-PDSCH) code channels so as to determine the sending power of each code channel, and setting a transmission block size averagely to predetermined amount of HS-PDSCH code channels which reported by the user equipment so as to determine a carrying bit amount of each code channel; comparing amount of available HS-PDSCH code channels in the base station with the predetermined amount; and on condition that amount of available HS-PDSCH code channels in the base station less than the predetermined amount, the necessary transmission block size is determined as product of amount of available code HS-PDSCH channels in the base station and the carrying bit amount of each code channel, and the necessary sending power is determined as product of amount of available code HS-PDSCH channels in the base station and sending power of each code channel.
