The present invention relates to a signal-processing method for detecting a quench of a superconducting magnetic operating current. A quench-detecting apparatus for detecting a quench of a superconducting coil comprises: measuring means installed on a normal busbar which supplies current to the superconducting coil to measure the current of the superconducting coil; and processing means for interpreting the measurement value obtained by the measuring means through a mathematical algorithm to output a measurement value. The signal-processing method for outputting a measurement value from the processing means and detecting a quench of a tokamak system comprises: a step of removing a voltage offset from the measurement value of the secondary voltage detected by the measuring means; a step of removing the voltage noise of the second voltage using an integration method; and a step of removing the drift of a minute voltage for the voltage waveform of the secondary voltage.
