A method for obtaining a low- frequency constant rotating high magnetic field involves providing even number of high field magnets (1) and a magnetic conducting rotating arm (2). Each high field magnet (1) is symmetrically fixed on the same face of the magnetic conducting rotating arm (2). The polarity of magnetic pole of each free face of the two high field magnets (1) is opposite to each other. The area of the free face of each high field magnet (1) is larger than that of its connecting face. The cross section of each high field magnet (1) is in a geometric shape without edges and corners. A rotating device (4) makes the magnetic conducting rotating arm (2) and the high field magnets (1) rotate. The method can avoid loss of magnetic field in other directions, so that the magnetic lines of force can be concentrated in a predetermined direction. The method can be used in the field of magnetic therapy.
