A statistical method and device for bill information performance is disclosed, and the method comprises: writing statistical items and the statistical conditions corresponding to the statistical items into a configuration file; storing the statistical items and the statistical conditions of the configuration file in a memory; analyzing the bill information stored in the memory according to the statistical items and the statistical conditions; and generating the statistical data, the method can embody the statistical items and the statistical conditions in the configuration file directly.
