LOW STOREY PREFABRICATED AND ASSEMBLED BUILDING SYSTEM OF STEEL STRUCTURE

A low storey prefabricated and assembled building system mainly has girders, columns, doors, windows, stairs and floors. The building includes two or more bearing columns (5), two or more basic modules (1), two or more basic units (2), each comprising of more than four basic modules (1), two or more combined units (3), each comprising of at least one basic unit (2). The combined units (3) and basic units (2) are assembled together to form a basic plane (4). The bearing columns (5) are arranged at the points of intersection of an orthogonal grid formed by plane controlling axes (6) and outer contour lines of each basic unit (2). The building system can integrally control modulization and unitization of the building, and then an interaction between use requirements and product manufactures can be achieved.
