FERRY GEAR, FERRY GEAR SET AND AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION EMPLOYING THE FERRY GEAR

A ferry gear (Z_34/38), a ferry gear set (Z_22/26, Z_26/30, Z_30/34, Z_34/38, Z_38/42, Z_42/46, Z_46/50 ) and an automatic transmission employing the ferry gear are provided. The ferry gear set consists of a set of same series ferry gears. The ferry gear set is used with a conventional transmission gear set. Transmission gears are used in normal transmission state, and ferry gears are used during shifting gear so as to achieve the purpose of shifting gear by axial ferry motion and radial ferry motion. The transmission device has the function of automatic shift gear under the condition that the transmission device keeps the advantages of gear transmission, such as high transmission efficiency, large carrying capacity and smooth transmission. The transmission device is mainly used in mechanical apparatus which need adjusting rotational speed automatically, such as machine tools and automobile.
