METHOD FOR SWITCHING VIDEO MONITORING SCENE AND SYSTEM FOR MONITORING VIDEO

A method for switching the video monitoring scene and a corresponding system are provided. The monitoring client receives the operating instructions indicating the movement direction of the monitoring scene from the user, and initiates a channel switching request to the switching server. The switching server chooses the camera channel which is correlated with the current monitoring camera channel of the monitoring client and is corresponding to the movement direction of the monitoring scene from the camera channel relevance relation table, and informs the monitoring client about the chosen camera channel by a response message. The monitoring client switches to the corresponding camera channel according to the response message returned from the switching server.
