The present invention relates to an apparatus for cleaning an inner surface of a buried underground pipe, removing sediment and mortar from said inner surface and repairing the inner surface of said buried underground pipe. More particularly, the present invention relates to a self-propelled apparatus for cleaning and repairing the entire surface of a buried underground pipe, which supplies mortar at a uniform thickness on the inner surface of the buried underground pipe, plasters the supplied mortar such that the plastered mortar has a smooth surface, enables the thickness of a plastering head (plate) to be easily adjusted, and prevents the wheels of the apparatus from falling into a joint pipe. For this purpose, the present invention aims to provide a self-propelled apparatus for cleaning and repairing the entire surface of a buried underground pipe, comprising a vehicle body, driving means, a motor supply unit, and rotating means. The mortar supply unit includes: a rotary trowel for plastering mortar onto the buried pipe; and a compacting roller for compacting the mortar plastered by the rotary trowel, wherein the rotary trowel and the compacting roller are opposite each other and rotate about a rotary inner pipe. The plastering plate is resiliently coupled, via a spring, to a plurality of support rods extending from the rotary trowel, so as to maintain the thickness of mortar being supplied to the space between the inner surface of the buried underground pipe and the plastering plate coupled to the rotary trowel at a constant level. The apparatus of the present invention is capable of removing sediment (mortar and paint) from the interior of the buried underground pipe, and capable of performing cleaning and repair work in a curved pipe.
