A sound attenuation and thermal insulation intermediate layer (14) and a metallic and flexible inner tubular element (12) with openings (12a) ensure a turbocharger and charge air cooler decoupling function and a turbocharger sound attenuation function. The tubular element is constituted of a metal clasp provided with the openings. The intermediate layer is constituted of fibrous or porous material with pores communicating with the exterior.
