The invention relates to full neonatal critical care equipment comprising: a thermal ring formed by two concentric cylinders with one or more circular heating resistors positioned therebetween and traversed by a flow of air blown by a fan, whereby the ends of the ring include a door and a cover; a cradle provided inside the ring, such as to form a compartment that is defined by the cradle at the bottom, by the ring at the top and by the door and the cover at the front and the rear, whereby the ring can slide longitudinally with respect to the compartment; and equipment for providing pulmonary ventilation to the newborn, which equipment comprises an external water container for evacuating the gas and an internal receptacle for humidifying said gas, a "Y"-shaped inspiration connector connected to the newborn and including different tubes leading to the containers, and gas storage tank inside the compartment.
