The system includes a service user data module and a service user data model configuration module. The service user data module receives a service user data query request, obtains service user data model and configuration information from the service user data model configuration module, and inquires the corresponding service user data from service user data resources according to the obtained service user data model and configuration information. By the scheme, the unified management for service user data is realized, and by the management interface provided by the service user data management system, the unified open to outside for service user data is realized, so as to manage the needed service user data through the service user data management system by each service system, application, etc.
