METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR SOLVING USER INDEX COLLISION ON SHARED CONTROL CHANNEL

The embodiments of the present invention disclose a method for solving user index collision on shared control channel. The method includes: determining the first type user which can't meet the parity requirement of the index, that is, the first type collision user; judging whether there is a shift unit, of which the code word number is odd, behind the first type collision user with the highest schedule priority; if yes, shifting forward the shift unit, of which the code word number is odd, to the front of the first type collision user with the highest schedule priority, thus enabling the first type collision user with the highest schedule priority to shift backward a position with odd code words. The embodiments of the present invention also provide a corresponding apparatus, which can improve the cell downlink throughput rate.
