NOTIFICATION METHOD AND DEVICE IN EVENT REGISTRATION AND NOTIFICATION

Disclosed are notification method and device in an SIP event registration and notification system, which are preferably utilized when a complicated condition is described using Xquery during an event registration.  If a complicated condition or many conditions are registered on an event registration side (client), events to be processed are increased on a side (server) where the events are processed, resulting in the increase of fee to be charged and the delay of the processing.The server side notifies the client of the afore-said information before processing the data and prompts the client to reconsider the registration information, thereby achieving more efficient processing cost and time.
