Disclosed is a method for recovering cisplatin sensitivity in a cancer cell that has acquired cisplatin resistance. The method utilizes a drug composition containing, as an active ingredient, an inhibitor of the expression of FGF13 gene, such as an RNAi vector that can express an RNAi substance targeting for FGF13 gene in a cell. The method can recover cisplatin sensitivity in a cancer cell that has acquired cisplatin resistance. Also disclosed is an anti-cancer therapy method, which utilizes cisplatin in combination and suppresses the ability of acquiring the resistance to cisplatin.
