COMPOSITION CONTAINING BLACK GINSENG EXTRACTS FOR PREVENTING OR TREATING LIVER CANCER

摘要

The present invention relates to a method for specifically increasing Rg₃ ingredients from among the ginsenoside ingredients of black ginseng. The black ginseng extracts prepared by the method exhibit a high anticancer activity against human liver cancer cells. Further, it has been verified that the method of the present invention has the effect of decreasing the content of benzopyrene which is known to be mainly generated during heating.
