An electronic health archives system oriented to resident individual that relates to a medical information network system is provided, which includes: a main archives system located on a server side and a sub archives system located on a client, the two archives systems are connected via a wired network or a wireless network and transmit data to each other, the main archives system and an external information system are also connected via a wired network or a wireless network and transmit data to each other, the external information system includes multiple external data sources and data services; and the main archives system includes a service unit for storing data, a service unit for obtaining and exchanging data, a service unit for processing and analyzing data, a service unit for reporting and managing data, a service unit for the system management and a service unit for the security management. The health archives system is an electronic health archives system oriented to resident individual that can satisfy the need that the resident participates in managing the individual health and support self-recording and reporting the health data of the resident individual.
