The invention relates to equipment for assisting a person to help him/her perform at least one activity, wherein said equipment includes a set of imaged representations of activities to be carried out by the person in a main activity location and in another location, a main table including a calendar having time ranges for displaying a first selection of the imaged representations of the activities to be carried out in the main location, a secondary table for displaying a second selection of the imaged representations of the activities to be performed in the other location, and a means for grouping at least two of the imaged representations into a sequence to be inserted into the calendar time ranges. The imaged representations of activities can be produced on laminated and magnetized physical substrates, and the same also applies to the secondary table and to the means for grouping at least two of the imaged representations.
