A method and device for processing data transmission conflict of Relay-Node (RN) are disclosed in the present invention, wherein, the processing method includes the following steps: in the case that said RN is configured with multi-subframe scheduling resources in a backhaul subframe, if said RN obtains dynamic resources in said backhaul subframe, said RN uses said multi-subframe scheduling resources or said dynamic resources in said backhaul subframe to receive or send the data, or does no processing; if said RN obtains semi-persistent resources in said backhaul subframe, said RN uses said multi-subframe scheduling resources or said semi-persistent resources in said backhaul subframe to receive or send the data, or does no processing. According to the present invention, the problem of data transmission conflict is resolved, the normal transmission is achieved.
