ADJUSTING AND CONTROLLING METHOD FOR MICROBIAL ENHANCED OIL RECOVERY

An adjusting and controlling method for microbial enhanced oil recovery (MEOR) is disclosed in the invention, which comprises the following steps: (1) analyzing the microbial community structure in produced fluids of oil reservoir via molecular biology method, and/or detecting the metabolites in the produced fluids; (2) adjusting the microorganisms to be injected into the oil reservoir and/or their nutrition system; (3) injecting the adjusted microorganisms and/or their nutrition system into the oil reservoir through water injection well; and (4) obtaining the crude oil from the corresponding beneficial oil production well. Compared with the prior art, the method of the present invention adjusts microbial community structure in the oil reservoir to evolve toward the direction of facilitating oil production, so that the performance of the functional microorganisms can be completely realized. The nutrition system is pertinently injected in order to avoid the blindness of using the nutrition system. So the method is a scientific, economical and effective MEOR method.
