Clip-assembled, weld-free folding or fixed ramp for overcoming changes in level, with a platform (2) that has initial (2a) and upper (2b) articulated portions formed from transverse slats (4), an initial slat (9) in the form of a wedge, central, hinging slats (10) and a final slat (12) for fitting to the attachment supporting member (3); all said slats being constituted by metal profile sections with means for connecting to one another by means of clipping. The central, hinging slats (10) are formed from a profile section with means for fitting to the transverse slats (4) and with a cylindrical appendage (11) that is open at intervals and accommodates a bar. The ends of the tranverse (4), initial (9) and hinging (10) slats are inserted in facing boards (16), with lower housing (17), connected in the upper part thereof with pieces articulated to the attachment supporting member (3). The slats (4, 9, 10 and 12) have, at the top, parallel ridges (18).
