Scissors with handles with flexible rings

The scissors have two branches including cutting blades that are extended from a side of an articulation axle. The branch (1) has a gripping handle (5) that is extended from another side of the axle. The handle has a rigid outer ring (8) and an elastically deformable and flexible inner ring (9) provided with a tube sectioned inner part (10) that receives fingers of a user. The ring (9) has a thin part (11) i.e. membrane, that is situated in a plane perpendicular to an axis of the part (10) around the axis. The part (11) directly or indirectly connects the part (10) with the ring (8).
