The handling platform is moved along the oblique cable (2) using a hauling cable (6), which is moved from the handling platform to a connection region of the oblique cable (2) with a pylon (9) that is arranged parallel to the oblique cable. A fixed roller (7) is arranged with the pylon in the connection region of the oblique cable (2).
