APPARATUS FOR CONSTRUCTING EXTERIOR PANEL ON STRUCTURAL OUTER WALL AND ELIMINATING NECESSITY FOR FIELD WELDING

The present invention relates to an apparatus for constructing an exterior panel on an outer wall of a structure, eliminating the necessity of field welding. Specifically, the apparatus comprises: a plurality of first brackets, each of which has a wall-mounted piece fastened by each of a plurality of anchor bolts inserted into a side surface of a slab or a wall surface of a structure at a predetermined interval, such that the first brackets are installed on the side surface of the slab or the wall surface of the structure at a predetermined interval in the vertical direction; a plurality of exterior panel installation square rods, each of which has a plurality of elongate bolt-receiving holes formed in the vertical direction, at a predetermined interval, along a center line on the front surface and both side surfaces of the rod, and each of which is arranged in the vertical direction between at least two first brackets from among the plurality of first brackets, and fastened onto a rod-fixing piece bent perpendicularly at the wall-mounted piece of the first bracket by a T-shaped bolt and a nut, wherein the T-shaped bolt has a head, a shorter axis direction width of which is smaller than the shorter axis direction width of the elongate bolt-receiving hole, and a longer axis direction width of which is larger than the shorter axis direction width of the elongate bolt-receiving hole such that the T-shaped bolt gets caught by the elongate bolt-receiving hole; a plurality of second brackets having vertical fixing pieces tightly fastened, at a predetermined interval, onto the front surfaces of the exterior panel installation square rods by means of the T-shaped bolts and nuts; and exterior panel fixing pieces, each of which has an outer end having a fastening pin which gets caught by one of a plurality of fixing holes formed, at a predetermined interval, on upper and lower surfaces of the exterior panel, and each of which has an inner end fastened, by means of a general bolt and a general nut, onto the end of a horizontal support piece bent perpendicularly at the vertical fixing piece of the second bracket, such that the exterior panel fixing pieces support exterior panels and integrally fix the exterior panels to the exterior panel installation square rods.
